Short answer: Nowhere! :( Longer answer: I was searching for more than a year and it seems not to be possible to get this $%*§ display. Logitech wants to sell new products, they don't want to repair old ones, and they also don't want others to repair it. The display was produced for H1 only, and cancelled with the end of H1.
