Hi! I’m Nhi, a second-year Design student at UC Davis. I’ve always had a passion for fashion, which led me to pursue a degree in Design. Since my major is quite broad, I also have been exploring other design disciplines in hope to expand my creative work. My ideal career is to work in the fashion industry, one that would allow me to work with hands-on projects since that is where I thrive as a designer.

Some projects I’m particularly proud of include an embroidered bag and a felted hat, both of which were my first experiences using a sewing machine. While I haven’t fixed anything myself, I think it would be useful and very cost-efficient to learn to do repairs on my own. For example, I want to learn how to maintain my bike since I do bike a lot on campus. That way, it will last with me throughout college.

Outside of design, I enjoy playing tennis, attending concerts, and spending time with friends and family.
