I have a clean pet roller that is re-assembled correctly and it still will not work. This is appears to be a simple device that operates off of air suction. My roller brush component is fairly new but after all effort, it still won't work. This is the second time this has happened to me. I am assuming that others are encountering the same problem. What gives?
