I have fixed it, I had to reinstall the adapter for it so I feel like silly for being stuck on this for so long lmao, I had the realtek rtl8821ce 802.11ac pcie adapter and for some reason it was just bugged and reinstalling it was a simple fix. I had to use a USB to transfer the download though because pfft no wifi.
