Dunno if anybody has gotten a definitive answer here, but I feel my two sense will put some perspective on this. Someone mentioned the Amps that their power bricks put out and I would believe that would be the crux of the issue. I would definitely do a quick chord swap just to double check, but my Netgear multi-usb charger is rated for 2.4a output on both ports and that doesn’t work. I plugged in my old amazon basic charger that is rated at 1a of output and there is no issues at all. A quick way to test if your cord is bunk is by trying it on your PC’s / PS4 usb ports first and seeing if that works. If it does than I would guess it’d be the box that is the issue. Try just using a lower amperage box in general and that might just do the trick because it did for me.
