go to the apps menu (not the home menu) and hold the camera app until you see the home screen and then drag it up to "app info" or whatever its called at the top of the screen and then press "clear cache" after the menu opens but stay far far away from the "clear data" button and then go home and open the camera and enjoy

Change the launcher theme to "fancy" i think its called. but if its not fancy then just look for the one with the feather wallpaper and the apps on the home screen and set it to that one and then set it back to the original theme and your problem shuld be (temporarily) solved but if the problem keeps reoccoring or wasnt fixed at all then i suggest contacting zte and tracfone and installing a different launcher (i reccomend google now launcher)
