Slide the drive cartridge out from the front end and flip it over. The front and back bezels are removable, but only the front removal is necessary to replace the drive. (The end marked with the "+" LED, also the back side of the hard drive.) As with all drives there are (4) easily accessible screws that need to be removed.

The front bezel is held on by (2) plastic tabs on both sides and a plastic tab centered under the unit. Gently pull back on both sides to remove the bezel. This will give you the room to remove the drive from the carrier.
