Stop using your feet to turn it on.
Unfortunately, that shock may have broke the screen or the PCB or both.
It likely isn't going to be an economical repair, but it isn't likely that you can repair it, so a place like UBreakIFix would be your next option.

Unfortunately, unless you're an advanced repair expert, you may not be successful disassembling it to determine damage. A professional repair shop is recommended. Ask for costs as labor time is needed to assess where damage occurred and if it's repairable or not. Break down costs of each step may or may not be provided.
