How to get rid of loop bluescreen
my laptop just turn off by itself and when I try to restart it, it's goes in a loop blue-green. what can I do to get rid of it

You need to post more info about the blue screen for a better answer - BUT that is called the BSOD - Blue Screen Of Death. It means there is a serious problem with the computer and windows can't boot.
Usually, it is a drive problem, so that is your first suspect. I would plug in a bootable USB. U can use a linux or a windows version. If u don't have one, Remove the drive and u should get a screen telling u it can't find a drive. Then you need to fix or replace the drive.
