Why I can't receive any call from other devices

Hi,

If your phone shows “no service or no sim” then you may have a problem with the SIM card reader or the actual sim.

Remove sim and check for damage and clean sim.

If the phone has been subjected to water damage then it’s possible a component has failed.

If your phone shows data bars then check to make sure phone data is not switched off.

If your sim has failed then you will need to get a replacement sim from your provider.

Other than that you may need to follow some tips on the web for trying to re-establish signal on your model of phone.

if none of this works, then you consider going to a repair shop for assessment of the issue.
