OP not found is a hard drive issue. However, BIOS not showing might indicate a BIOS issue.
When you turn on a computer, the CPU reads a small piece of code in the BIOS chip. That tells it how to access the hard drive and read the MBR or GPT sectors.
From that info, it can find and load the OS.
Normally, a missing OS would be a HDD fault. Either corruption or a total failure.
Start by trying to do repair install of Windows. Look up how to do that.
if that doesn't work, remove the HDD and connected it to another computer using an external HDD enclosure.
If you can read it, remove all your data - if you do not have a recent backup.
Then reformat the drive and reinstall Windows.
You will have to reinstall all the programs you use also.
Then copy your data back.
