I couldn't connect with any network

I can't see the wifi or other internet options to connect with and the network adopter is not showing anything in this case.

Hi @albertdurder,

Have you checked the status of the WLAN network adapter as shown in Windows Device Manager? Is it showing all OK i.e. no red cross or yellow exclamation mark next to the adapter entry?

If it is OK then try using the laptop's WiFi as close as possible to your wireless network router i.e. <20cm and check if the signal is now being picked up.

If it does show the network then there may be an antenna problem in the laptop.

Here's the service manual for the model series.

Go to p.35 to view the procedure to remove/replace the wireless card. This will allow you to check if the two antenna cables are securely connected to the card.
