Paper Feeder picking up extra paper

The primary feeder is picking up an extra sheet of paper every time we print. Any advice? The issue could be environmental…we have two of these and both are doing this.

Devon Dillenbeck static and humidity can do this. Try some heavier and higher-quality paper and see if that changes things.

You are probably right about environment if both are doing it. Try fanning the paper before inserting into tray to insure it is not sticking together and to dissipate static.
