Laptop isn't turning on?

Just tried turning on my laptop (Toshiba Satellite c55-c5241) and it isn't working. The battery is in so I'm not sure what the issue is. There are no lights on to indicate it's powered on. Please help!

Hello, Please plug in the laptop, if it has a power indicator then that rules out the possibility of the charging port being damaged. then reply and I can help you form there
