Removing the remains of LCD back plate drilled head screws

I removed 6 of the 10 screws. I had to drill the heads of the other 4 and now I am facing the problem of removing the bits that remain threaded. I plan using a 1/32" drill bit, but I would like to read suggestions about this. Thanks in advance.
