What's the temp in the refrigerator compartment doing e.g. is it going from approx 37°F to 50°+F every 90 minutes or is it not changing that much?
Did the service techs change any parts at all when trying to fix it?

If it is only the freezer compartment, were the freezer door seals and door alignment i.e. straight and parallel to the cabinet checked to make sure that no cold air was escaping from the compartment?

To test this, place a sheet of paper between the freezer door and the door jamb and with the door closed normally i.e. no pressure on it by you to keep it closed, try pulling the paper out. It will come out with a bit of an effort but not that easily and it should definitely not fall out by itself. Do this at various places around the door, top bottom and both sides.
