Assuming the latch isn't broken, it should be possible to reseat it into the connector. Although I doubt very much there's a guide to that particular repair on that specific socket, it is, after all, just an ordinary ZIF (Zero Insertion Force) connector. Here's a very detailed guide from our friends in France.
