Samsung QN85AAWXXY Has Sound, no picture and reboots.

TV has sound for about 8 seconds or so then reboots . ( PS relay clicks). No picture but can see LED backlight for a second or two . Red PWR led flashes twice.
No remote functions work at all.
3 year old TV . i think it may have lost a power supply rail ( for whatever reason) but havn't investigated yet.
Cant wait to properly investigate but need help to lift it as i dont think i can remove back with TV sitting vertically.
