Try installing windows, you can just type windows 10 media creation tool into google, then download it, install it to a flash drive, windows 11 will most likely not work given its age windows 10 is perfectly fine and it will run a lot better than windows 11, once its done installing to the usb drive, plug it in, spam the f12 key which should show the boot menu,
