The screen will have to be replaced, as dead pixels cannot be repaired.

If you wish to replace the complete display assembly including the frame search online for ''560003J20S0 560003J20S00'' (frost blue colour), ''560004J20S00'' (metal bronze colour) or ''560002J20S00'' (phantom black colour). Search online for the part number applicable to your phone colour to find suppliers that suit you best.
If you wish to just replace the LCD + digitizer I can't find the part number for it but search online for ''Poco X3 Pro (M2102J20SG M2102J20SI) Display module LCD + Digitizer'' to find suppliers that suit you best.
