Hi Dana!

First things first, how is the HDMI port? Please check that one first. If there is any damage there, then it wont show anything.

Could also be the Texas Instruments ++[link|http://www.ti.com/product/SN75DP159|SN75DP159|new_window=true]++ HDMI retimer IC which is broken.

Both repairs requires soldering plus soldering skills and are not easy to replace.

Please let us know if the HDMI port is OK or not.
