I would check for shorts along the m92 chip and the video chip. If any of the capacitors are shorted that means the chip has a short which could cause this. I think it’s more likely the video chip since I believe that’s what determines if the usbc acts as a video output or a charger. I’m not entirely sure because I haven’t been working with switches for too long but that is what I would recommend. Hope you can get it to work!
