Is the Bluetooth adapter entry being shown in Device Manager?
To get to Device Manager in Win10/11 press the Win Key and the x key (both together) and click on the Device manager link in the menu box that opens.
Once in Device Manager, Bluetooth should be listed as a category, the same as Network, Display Adapters, Monitors etc. If it isn't listed check if there's a category listed as ''Other Devices'' and if so click on the category to expand the list and check if there's an entry for either an Intel AC7265 or Dell 1560 Bluetooth adapter (XPS 13 9343) or Intel-Wireless-AX200-AX201-9260-9560-9462-8265-8260-7265-3165 (XPS 13 9350) listed .
If no entry for either is shown, in Device manager, click on View → Show hidden device and check if the Bluetooth adapter is shown anywhere at all in Device Manager.
If you do find a Bluetooth entry in any of the above places in Device Manager:
-
''If there's a yellow exclamation mark next to the Bluetooth entry'', here's a link to the [link|https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us/product-support/product/xps-13-9343-laptop/drivers|Dell XPS 13 9343 Win10 Bluetooth drivers] (or [link|https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us/product-support/product/xps-13-9350-laptop/drivers|Dell XPS 13 9350 Win10 Bluetooth drivers]). FYI Dell doesn't have Win11 drivers as your model (either model) is not supported by Dell for Win11, but the Win10 drivers should work or usually Win11 generic drivers usually work as well.
