This might be a problem with the RAM. Reseating it worked to fix this problem on a Toshiba NB305 that I have. However, the RAM on your computer is soldered to the motherboard. You are going to have to replace the motherboard. Here's a guide: [guide|149298]

+EDIT: After some confusion I found that it is has onboard RAM and another RAM slot. Putting some RAM in this slot may fix this problem as well. You will need 4GB DDR4 RAM.
