Touchbar remains Out of touch still works

I have the following problem after replacing the battery, I now have the problem that the Touch Bar does not concern. However, the touch works. The only thing I noticed is that as soon as I open or start up the Mac, the Touch Bar briefly flashes completely white and then nothing more.
