I've been using my Apple Thunderbolt Display for about three years now, and recently it's been giving off these flickers/flashes after running for about 10-20min (around when the heat exhaust from the lower left side gets decently hot to the touch). I replaced the fan inside thinking it was an issue with that but the problem did not go away. I've also tried additional external cooling with extra fans but that did not help. My suspicion is that the components themselves are creating more heat than they should but I don't honestly know. It could also be a software thing, which might be a problem for me as I use it as a monitor for a Windows PC. I've attached a video link here: https://youtu.be/QdNNoDSd99U.
