If the phone still works even with no display (you never mentioned whether it did or not) e.g. vibrates on startup, rings on incoming call and if it hasn't gotten wet or been dropped then the phone would need to be opened to find out why there's no display.

a). Temporarily replace the display module (Samsung part # GH82-22905A GH82-24455A GH82-24406A GH82-22761A)¹ and check if that works in case it is a faulty display module.
b). Follow the flowchart from the service manual (images below show testing flowchart and components mentioned in flowchart. Components shown twice, once enlarged and then the board where they're located)
