download a program called 3utool on a pc/laptop, connect the ipad to the computer after installing that check if the ipad is in dfu mode. if it is you can use the program to try exiting dfu but if it goes back to dfu mode or even shows connect to itunes etc it could be a board issue as ipad 7 has a problem with the cpu disconnecting and needs reballed
