@kajetov your jack may have failed (even so your mic is working). I rapid succession insert and remove the jack a few times. Let's see if the contact comes free. You can also use a few puffs of compressed air to clean out some possible debris. After that, you will have to partially disassemble your laptop and physically check out the audio jack.
