Trigger lock assembly correct orientation

I can’t seem to align either the plastic rotating part or parts above it. I want to replace the parts but I don’t know how it’s all supposed to fit together. When I install it, the little board for the paddle switches isn’t level, it’s hitting the plastic rotating part. Any help?
