It looks like just shutting the phone off then turning it back on should pull it out of recovery mode. If that doesnt work you will need to connect to your computer and recover it. This option is fine so long as you have backed up your phone recently, otherwise you will lose any information you've acquired since the last back up.

Holding the home and power button seems to be another option.
