First check if there is 19.5V DC when measuring the output voltage on the cable plug of the charger.
''If not'' then either the charger or the charger cable/plug is faulty. Search online using the model number of the charger (look on charger for model number) to find suppliers.

Initially just unplug the cable from the motherboard and then use an Ohmmeter to prove continuity of both the inner +ve pin connector (red wire) and outer -ve ring connector (black wire) from the input side of the jack to the cable plug.
If the jack is faulty search online for ''813945-001'' to find suppliers that suit you.
If the jack is OK then more testing on the motherboard would be required to find out what's wrong. Has the laptop been dropped or gotten wet at all?
