dashboard shows code '16384' and uncharged battery

I just received my bike - haven’t used it yet. After charging the battery completely, I turned on the dashboard. There I got code ‘16384’ and the symbol of an uncharged battery…  the motor doesn’t seem to work… anyone else had this issue? Thanks!
