Can it still be repaired?

My 2DS XL has been broken from water damage a few months ago,and I didn't really bother to tell anybody since I wasn't really worried about it. I notice that it still can charge since that orange light still shows,but when I try to turn it on,it doesn't turn on. What can I do?
