The issue I was experiencing is a common issue with the Intel AX200 and AX201 network card. The solution was to update the drivers, but not with the drivers HP provide or those determined by Windows to be the most up to date when it searches, but by installing Intels ‘Intel Driver & Support Assistant’ which was able to grab a very recently released version of the drivers which fixed the issue. If you are having this problem, I’d recommend doing the same thing.
