Wont turn on. Draws 0amps

The S7 will not turn on. It draws 0 amps. I have tried another charge port but the same problem occurs. If I connect the phone directly to a lab power supply and press the power on button it just draws 0.05 amps for a quick second and then back to 0 amps

Any pointers appreciated…. :)
