Without having the computer myself. I m going to guess the Hard drive is not seated properly.  So it might be a bit loose and disconnects a bit.  Here is a video on how to open it and get to it. Assuming yours has SSD. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DoFzRc9Cf3Y
