So I’m replacing the LCD on my S7, spent like 5 hours cleaning the adhesive and straightening out the dented corner. The bottom of the screen sits fine in the bezel, but the top of the screen does not lay flat. I can squeeze gently together and it goes flush. I can lay the mid frame on a flat surface and it does not rock, there are no obstructions that I can see. Should I just squish it gently hard after I put the new adhesive back on and put everything back together or is there possibly some hidden problem with the midframe?

The brand new back cover lays flat and this is the 2nd LCD that does not lay flat.
