Does the Samsung Galaxy S3 replacement motherboard work with 4G?

I have a 2012 T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy S3 (d2tmo). I know a later version of the phone (i9300) came with support for 4G networks. If I replace my original motherboard with the one sold here, would the phone be able to access 4G networks?
