Try rebooting your device. You can do this by holding down the power button and volume button at the same time. If this doesn’t work then try carefully moving your charger around in the port to see if the port is broken or damaged. It could also be the charger. Try using different chargers in different outlets. If that doesn’t work, then you might have to take it to a repair shop.
