JBL charge 3 dont play music.

Like in the tittle i just switch ON my charge 3 after conect with bluetooth he dont play any music. I cannot use volume up and down  button because they don’t react. After i try to reset speaker to factory settings he just go off  after vol+ and play/stop button click. Do you have any suggestions how i can fix them?
