Copy and share your contacts ,photos, such preferably to the cloud but Google Drive works just as well make sure you backup all your data send those backups off of your phone onto the cloud or something it's not internal make sure you sign out of all your accounts choose the option for Google app restore and then do a hard factory reset and that should do the trick f.y.I when you do to reset it's going to wipe all the data from your phone so it's going to be like you just opened out of the box so you're going to have to set it all up again but at the same time that's why you saved and backed up all your data and photos and things so once you get through the first tutorial real quick Google account setup real quick
