You'll have to scrape them off, with some form of flat tool. Try putting some IPA or Acetone on them first to soften up the adhesive. Once that is done, you'll want to remove all of the adhesive from the frame (use IPA/Acetone again) before putting the replacement digitizer back on.

Some replacement digitizers have poor quality adhesive pre-installed so you may want to consider applying a high quality adhesive such as this [product|IF317-072|one].
