When you say "I Locked" are you referring to Apple ID/Icloud Lock or Passcode Lock?

If it's locked to an ICloud you will not be able to unlock it unless you can provide information to Apple that you are the owner of the device and that it was never claimed stolen/missing.

Passcode lock, you need to restore via itunes.
