operational anomalty in operation

I usually leave the speaker on the charging station. Now it appears that when it is fully charged, the sound  just got totally screwed up until maybe a hour later, then it will operate normally. I would like to repair this unit if possible, as I found the sound quality is better than the new soundlink mini II. Thanks
