I don't understand a word in the video, but the pictures seem easy enough to follow.

Watch from beginning up to 3:45 to removal of the PCB with the charging port.  From here it is clear the port is soldered in, so you can try to find a whole new PCB, or desolder the old port and solder in a new one.
