Hi,

I have the oportunity to buy a ps4 for 100 bucks, the thing is it is stuck in the blue light, it does not power off it only stays there with the blue light and does not give any image.

Can anyone shed a light about this issue?

The issues i see with a blue light are all blinking blue light and not a fixed light, i would like to know if there is any difference in it.
