Where can I get parts for MSI GT series laptops?

My laptop went out of warranty and parts for the GT series of laptops are surprisingly hard to find!

The power button and dimpleswitch beneath it broke/went M.I.A.

Then the 12 pin mini-ribbon connector had a short and fried out.

MSI hasn't exactly been helpful in replying to me on replacement parts.
