Hi, this could be damage to the actual Lcd, or possibly damage to the flex cable of the LCD, it may even be damage to the connector where the LCD plugs in or it's slightly unplugged itself when you have dropped it, I would open it up and see if it is connected correctly, if that doesn't solve it, you may have to replace the screen. :-)
