no sound after fall

Hi, My Nokia lumia 800 after a "small" fall it hasn't any sound from speaker.

I can listen well from ear-speaker, the microphone works fine and with hads free the sound works.

But the speaker does not work at all after the fall.

If I change the speaker-micriohone circuit

will my phone-sound repaired?
